We ship Australia wide using Australia Post.

  • Delivery timeframes are calculated by Australia Post and vary by location. Once dispatched, your order will move according to the selected service.

  • Tracking will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

  • We do not offer change of mind returns on opened or used packs.


    If the pack is unopened and unused, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

  • If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know via the Contact page and include your order number and a photo.

    We’ll process any issues in line with Australian Consumer Law.

  • If for any reason your order has not arrived or seems lost in transit, please reach out via our Contact page with your order details.
